J. D. Chisholm & Associates is a Construction Cost Consulting and Project Management firm, led by Principal Javonne D. Chisholm, a certified and talented Bahamian Quantity Surveyor.
Javonne started his career as a young boy in the construction industry working under the guidance of his farther, Julius Chisholm who founded the company J & J Chisholm Construction, over forty years ago.
Mr. Chisholm's background also includes being a graduate of Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science and Management. Following his studies at the university, he pursued membership with the Chartered Institute of Building (C.I.O.B.), located in London, UK.
During his time in the field of Construction Management, Javonne has provided Quantity Surveying Services for several major
Chartered Quantity Serveyors & Project Managers
